In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, we see that super producer, Shonda Rhimes, now runs a tight ship.
The Scandal creator and executive producer admits she learned some valuable lessons from working with Katherine Heigl when she starred on Grey's Anatomy several years back (Heigl famously withdrew her name from 2008 Emmys consideration and she also picked a public fight with Isaiah Washington over his reported treatment of cast-mate, T.R. Knight).
Rhimes told the entertainment magazine: "There are no Heigls in this situation".
She adds later of her "no assholes" policy: "I don't put up with bullshit or nasty people. I don't have time for it."
