VIDEO: Nabate Isles takes us on an eclectic excursion talking about his debut album and the life of one musician
In this video, Grammy award-winning trumpeter, and composer, Nabate Isles, joins journalist Kizzy Cox and comedian Onika McLean to talk about his first album, Eclectic Excursions, which is available worldwide.
What we learned from Nabate is that in addition to being a great musician, he is a multi-tasker. In between, playing in bands around the world, composing music, creating an album, Nabate is an executive producer a Sirius/XM NBA Radio. Nabate played at the White House in a Tribute to Ray Charles during the Obama Administration and obviously, he is connected to other artists in the music industry such as Usher, Mos Def, and Busta Rhymes to name a few.
