New York Knicks guard Mark Jackson, his mother, Mrs. Jackson, popular rapper Eve; Judge Glenda Hatchett, star of the court show, Judge Hatchett; talk show host Ananda Lewis, and others teamed up with to demonstrate that reading matters in the Knicks Reading Zone.
New York Knicks players, representatives, and others spent an afternoon at Madison Square Garden with young people at the launch of the Knicks Reading Zones to promote literacy and the Read to Achieve Program.
Through their questions, the young people in attendance seemed to be appreciative of the time the celebrities spent with them.
